Because of the concern regarding the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), our animal clinic is implementing additional precautionary measures (following the recommendations of the CDC) within the hospital to protect our staff, doctors, animals, clients, and visitors, while continuing to offer essential pet care.

Book An Appointment

We have increased our sanitizing protocols around the hospital for client and staff safety to allow us to remain OPEN.

Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic.

Curbside Check-In Protocol

Please remain in your vehicle and wear your mask. We are keeping our clients, pets, and staff safe during COVID-19.
These safety measures may lengthen appointment and phone wait times. Thank you in advance for your patience.
We will continue to assist you in providing the best health care for your pet.

  • Call us at 480-488-6181 upon your arrival to notify the receptionist that you are in the parking lot
  • We will meet you at your vehicle to escort your furry friend inside our center or bring out your order
  • The veterinarian will examine your pet then call you to discuss the findings and any necessary treatment
  • Once your payment has been processed, the technician will return your furry friend to you at your vehicle

Mask Policy

The Governor recently issued an Executive Order that lifted the mandate for masks statewide. The order also encourages businesses to follow CDC guidelines for their employees and customers. The current recommendation is that masks be worn by unvaccinated people to continue to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. While we remain very respectful of everyone’s personal choices surrounding this subject, the nature of our jobs requires that we work in close proximity of each other and the clients we serve. We believe it is in the best interest of our business to follow CDC guidelines. We do ask that our unvaccinated patrons continue to wear a properly fitting mask, and we ask that all patrons attempt to social distance whenever possible. This may change after we have had time to evaluate the impact of these changes in our community, but in the meantime, we ask that you respect our policies so that we may continue to provide the care we absolutely love to give to your pets.

NEW! Telemedicine Service

We also are using telemedicine for clients who can't or are uncomfortable traveling to our practice. This tool will allow us to examine patients electronically and prescribe medications you can pick up at our hospital.

Please call us to find out if this option would be a fit for you and your pet's situation.

Online Pharmacy

For clients who don't want to travel to our clinic please utilize our Hospital’s Online Pharmacy. This could be an excellent resource to implement proper social distancing but still provide you with the necessary medications and nutritional products.

Thank you everyone for your continued support and dedication during these hard times! Please contact us with any questions that you may have.
