Over the course of July, Animal Health Services of Cave Creek received 154 lbs of food in support of our food drive.
Hosted in support of Foothills Food Bank to support local families in need, our food drive set out to collect donations of non-perishable items such as peanut butter, jelly, and canned items such as tuna, chicken, soup, chili, fruit, and pasta sauce.
Also on Foothills Food Bank’s wish list were hygiene products, including shampoo and conditioner, razors, and bar soap.
Anyone who donated one of the aforementioned items received $10 off their visit as a thank-you gift for giving back.
This food drive was hosted as part of our continued support of local community initiatives, but such a positive outcome would not have been possible without you.
Your kindness and support will truly impact the lives of people and pets experiencing food insecurity.
