Kristin joined the Animal Health Services team in 2021. She has always loved animals and had dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and hamsters growing up. When she started college she intended to study veterinary medicine, but ended up taking a wildlife conservation class, which sparked her love for wildlife! After obtaining her Biology degree in college, Kristin worked as a Wildlife Technician helping survey, trap, and radio track garter snakes, bats, frogs, and toads! She has also worked in customer service and enjoyed it, so she decided a position in veterinary care would be exciting with a combination of animals and people! She has 2 snakes (a corn snake and a rosy boa), and 2 dogs ( a Pekingese and a ChiPoo). In her free time she likes to hike, walk the dogs and go bird watching.
