Erica joined Animal Health Services in 2016 and has been working in the pet field for 2 years. She grew up in a small town in Wisconsin where she raised many pets growing up including horses, goats, dogs and cats. She currently has a horse named Forrest, a 6 yr old German Shepherd mix named Gypsy who is really smart!
Having a huge soft spot for senior pets she has spent the last couple of years being a rescuer of senior dogs that are in need of a loving home. This has taught Erica a valuable empathy in dealing with end of life situations having recently had to help her 12 yr old friend Bailey cross the rainbow bridge. Erica will never forget what a joy Bailey was to have stay at her house and was as loving as ever as she aged. We are grateful to have Erica and her life experiences at Animal Health Services.

In Washington they had a small farm of horses, donkeys, dogs, chickens, and Larry the barn cat. She has always been involved with animals and has pretty much owned or tended to anything that would let her bring it home. She grew up and worked for various ranches which allowed her to be around and appreciate our four legged friends. She has two beautiful daughters. Courtney, who is in Washington, and Kwynn, who is studying to become a horse trainer and possibly a vet. They have three horses; Tinkerbell our Mustang, Willow our OTTB and Kwynn’s jumper, and Rio our most recent rescue and OTTB. They also have their Bulldog, Bean.
